I'll get a few pictures from you and ask a few questions about the terrain to see what i'm dealing with. If necessary i'll carry out a visit. I try not to in an attempt to keep the cost down for everyone. Sometimes however, its necessary.

I'll send you the details of the supplier of your kit so you can get it directly from them. Again this keeps your costs down.

I'll install when it suits you, train your pet and guide you for the next few days or weeks if necessary.​
